Charles C. Kline
Senior Partner
Charles C. Kline has practiced law since 1971, bringing decades of experience in complex commercial and international litigation. A graduate of the University of Miami and the University of Miami School of Law, he spent 28 years as a partner and managing partner of the Miami office at White & Case, and was formerly a member at Cozen O’Connor. His practice encompasses jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts, as well as international arbitrations conducted under ICC and AAA rules. He served as counsel for the AIG Directors and Officers Litigation Panel from 1998 to 2017.

Charles Reid Kline
Partner
Charles Reid Kline focuses on commercial litigation, contract disputes, international disputes, and real estate property development litigation. A graduate of Emory University and the University of Miami School of Law, he brings experience from Cozen O’Connor as well as in-house counsel roles at a Florida company with over 600 employees. He served as general counsel for a realty company specializing in medical office development. During law school, he interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida and was a Moot Court finalist.
